Heat Seekers

Question: Do you retain more heat the tighter your pants are?

I'm just wondering because I see so many guys with pants

that keep getting tighter and tighter.

So since it is so freaking cold

(let me emphasize...SOOOO COLD)

I've decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that
they are just being resourceful. Otherwise, I have no logical
explanation as to why you would like to constrict your movement

in such a way.

We have freedom for a reason.
